Cancelling
Free of charge within two hours of placing the order. After that the pack may already be filled and sealed.
Returns
Raise a return from the order page or on WhatsApp and we arrange the pickup. Food safety means opened packs cannot be returned unless the batch is at fault.
Batch complaints
Quote the batch number on the pack. If the batch is at fault we refund every pack from it, opened or not.
